CODE OF CONDUCT

Anti-Harassment Policy
Attendees, guests and vendors must respect common sense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Harassing or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

Fandomopolis reserves the right to revoke, without refund, the badge of any attendee not in compliance with this policy. Same for any vendor. Persons finding themselves in a situation where they feel their safety is at risk or who become aware of an attendee, guest or vendor not in compliance with this policy should immediately locate a member of security, or staff, so that the matter can be handled right away.


No Pets Allowed

As much as we love our pets, please leave them at home. Fandomopolis will not allow animals into the building, except for service animals or humans in costume.


No Handcarts, Trolleys, Rolling Luggage, or Oversized Strollers on Con Floor, No Strollers Allowed in the Programming Rooms.

Please be aware that due to safety, and fire marshal regulations, no attendee can use handcarts, trolleys, rolling luggage, or over-sized strollers on the 2nd floor during con hours, nor strollers in the programming rooms. If you need to bring items to/from a table/booth during con hours, please contact a staffer for assistance.


No Smoking…. Anything

No smoking (including electronic, herbal or medicinal herbal cigarettes) is allowed at any time, in any location upon the MagicBox property. This policy includes the entire 2nd floor, elevators and lobby. You are welcome to step outside the building to smoke in designated smoking areas only, but please be considerate of others when you do. This policy is in place not only for the comfort of attendees, but also to comply with Los Angeles City ordinances and state codes prohibiting smoking at public events. Please comply with this policy; noncompliance may result in being ejected from the convention.
