Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, please bring a valid ID with you to registration check-in.
Attendees over the age of 6 are welcome, but up to the age of 12, must be accompanied by a paying adult. Unsupervised children will be given espresso and a puppy to take home.

I can’t attend. Is my registration/membership transferable?
Yes, a membership can be transferred. Please send the name of the original purchaser and the name of the person the membership is being transferred to via email to registration@fandomopolis.org with the subject line “Membership Transfer”.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the ‘event?
You don’t have to bring your printed ticket, but it may assist us at check-in.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for this event.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
If the name of the person who purchased the membership is different from the person attending, please send an email to registration@fandomopolis.org with the subject line “Registration Name Correction” and the membership will be updated.
Reselling or sharing a Fandomopolis badge or complimentary pass is strictly prohibited.
