Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, please bring a valid ID with you to registration check-in. <\/p>\n

Attendees over the age of 6 are welcome, but up to the age of 12, must be accompanied by a paying adult. Unsupervised children will be given espresso and a puppy to take home.<\/p>\n

I can’t attend. Is my registration\/membership transferable?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, a membership can be transferred. Please send the name of the original purchaser and the name of the person the membership is being transferred to via email to registration@fandomopolis.org<\/a> with the subject line “Membership Transfer”.<\/p>\n

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the ‘event?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You don’t have to bring your printed ticket, but it may assist us at check-in.<\/p>\n

What is the refund policy?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for this event.<\/p>\n

The name on the registration\/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the name of the person who purchased the membership is different from the person attending, please send an email to registration@fandomopolis.org<\/a> with the subject line “Registration Name Correction” and the membership will be updated.<\/p>\n

Reselling or sharing a Fandomopolis badge or complimentary pass is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n
